This can fit into a ton of different places around your home and can be used not just as a wreath but as a part of your home decor. Below are some ideas that I have and think will look great with this wreath.

What Can I Use for the Eyeballs?

I picked up a cheap pack of ping pong balls at my local Dollar Tree for my wreath. They are affordable, durable, and perfect for this since I don’t have to worry about painting them. If you don’t want to use those, there are other options that can work for this wreath.

Some of the other ideas I think would work great for making the eyeballs are golf balls. They may be a bit bumpy, but you could clean them up and use them for an added unique touch. Other choices include miniature styrofoam balls, a few white pom poms, homemade yarn pom poms, or even ornaments you’ve painted white..

What Glue Can I Use If Kids are Making This?

If you don’t want to use a hot glue gun with kids making this eyeball wreath, that’s totally understandable. I’ve used simple kids craft glue like Elmer’s glue before, but if you want the pieces to stick for longer, I recommend a good craft glue. I usually reach for E6000, but a cheaper and easier option would be Arlene’s tacky glue. All are readily available at dollar stores and craft stores.

How to Make a Monster Eyeball Halloween Door Wreath

Draw and cut out a circle from cardboard.

On the inside of the circle, trace and cut out another circle creating a wreath shape.

Glue the ping pong balls onto the wreath making sure any writing is facing the back of the wreath.

Cover all but a 6 inch portion on the top of the wreath.

Cut a length of orange ribbon and tie it into a bow.

Secure the bow with a piece of twine around the center.

Glue the bow onto the open portion of the wreath.

Next, glue a ping pong ball into the center of the bow.
